I've won Youth Achiever!

I WON!!!!🎉 Thank you so much to everyone who voted for me in the youth achievers Skegness standard champions award. I'm so grateful to so many people for their ongoing support and I'm absolutely thrilled I won! . Butlins provided a lovely dinner and a fun night for all of the nominees and sponsors for the awards , it was great to see some familiar faces. It was also a great opportunity to speak about hidden disabilities and hopefully make more people aware as well as spreading the word of para showjumping as well.

I also had a fab time messing about in the water like a typical Holiday maker after receiving my award , not the most glamorous thing to do but it was certainly a lot of fun!😝

It was lovely to see my old primary school teacher Mrs Wellstead win Top Teacher award. This lady played a huge part in my final years of primary school , helping me with my core subjects,peeling my fingers off the car door when I was poorly and refused to come into school, making my SATS as easy and stress free as possible. I honestly can't thank her enough for everything she did for me in that difficult stage of my life. It was great to know she's appreciated and recognised for all her efforts , she really does deserve it.

I still don't know who nominated me but if they do see this I really do want them to know how thankful I am , as without them this wouldn't have been possible.😝
